Police: Dogs poisoned in Hopkins, $1,000 reward offered

- Hopkins police are looking for information related to dog poisoning incidents along the 200-300 blocks of 9th and 10th Avenue North. A $1000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible.

Police say the suspect(s) are putting anti-freeze in dog food and blocks of poison in the yards of residents with dogs.

According to police, one dog has died and two others have been poisoned.

In addition to the reward offered by Hopkins police, The Humane Society is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.
