CARVER COUNTY, Minn. (KMSP) - The Special Administrator of Prince's estate has received court approval to hire a realtor to sell seven of 16 properties, according to Carver County court documents.
Bremer Trust had previously produced a list 14 Minnesota properties it wanted to sell.
Bremer Trust can contact a realtor and begin listing the following properties:

The court ordered that the properties can not be listed for less than 90 percent of the appraised market fair value.
Eight remaining properties will need to be appraised and then resubmitted for approval to be listed. Bremer Trust withdrew its request to list and sell one property on King Creek Road.
The special administrator, Bremer Trust, previously disclosed that Prince’s Chanhassen recording studio and residence, Paisley Park, and the “Purple Rain” house in Minneapolis will not go on the block.
