Inver Grove Heights resident Scott Cunningham has been sentenced to 110 months in prison for being busted with nearly 400 pounds of pot back in November 2011.
According to a criminal complaint, Cunningham hid most of the 391.19 pounds of marijuana found in his residence in a secret room hidden by a false wall.
In September, Cunningham pleaded guilty to Controlled Substance Crime in the First Degree (Possession). The maximum sentenced he could've received was 132 months, but a judge opted for slightly less.
In a press release, Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom says, "This case involved one of the largest marijuana seizures in our County's history. We are pleased to have brought this defendant to justice in this case."
