This afternoon's Black Lives Matter "Reclaim MLK" march started at the intersection of University Ave. and Snelling Ave. in St. Paul and was supposed to head east down University toward the State Capitol. VIEW PHOTOS
But instead, marchers headed south on Snelling -- toward Interstate 94.
Last month, authorities looked on as a Black Lives Matter protest shut down a stretch of I-35W near downtown Minneapolis, but officers weren't as accommodating this time around:
