Police investigating 'suspicious death' of 13-year-old Eagan boy

Police in Eagan, Minn. are investigating the "suspicious death" of a 13-year-old boy. Around 11 a.m. Eagan police responded to a medical call from a 15-year-old brother in the home, reporting that the 13-year-old was unresponsive and bleeding from an unspecified wound.

Officers and paramedics performed life-saving measures, but were unable to revive the boy.

According to Eagan police, investigators are treating this as a "suspicious death" and are working with the Hennepin County Medical Examiners. They have ruled out suicide.

The older brother and his 11-year-old sister were home at the time of the incident and are being questioned in connection with the death.
