Talk about show and tell!

Students, faculty and staff at a Bay area school will never forget the day a massive alligator, measuring just shy of 10 feet, stopped by.

It was spotted Thursday afternoon at the Geneva Classical Academy as students were being let out to go home for the day.

The school called in a trapper, then set up cones and kept students in their classrooms as he worked to wrangle the gator.

Video posted to the school’s Facebook page by a local, Mary Cummins, showed the gator wasn’t going down without a fight, but eventually, he was taken in.

"Our students received a good Polk County education today - how to trap a nine foot eleven inch gator!” another post on the school’s Facebook page read.
