4 ways to lose weight with the foods you eat

Fitness expert Omaur Bliss shares 4 tips that will help you lose weight with the foods that you eat.

1. Don't Starve yourself. Be consistent with your diet.
2. Figure out your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE)
3. Simple Macro nutrient counting
    1gram of protien per pound of body
    .4-.5 grams of carbs per pound of body
    .4-.5 grams of fat per pound of body
4. On days of working out eat more carbs and lean protein, eat less fat
    On rest/ recovery days try to avoid carbs, eat more veggies and fattier meats.
