RECIPES: Pumpkin and gingerbread twinkies

Here is a fun twist on an old classic, perfectly seasoned for the holidays.  The Twinkie, remixed in two versions:  Pumpkin, filled with a cinnamon-vanilla cream that is infused with maple OR Gingerbread, filled with a cinnamon-cardamom cream.  Either way, these recipes will be a hit with the entire family - also a perfect recipe for that holiday party that has you stumped.
