RECIPE: Chocolate Thunder Clouds

Ingredients:

½ Cup sugar

3 stiff beaten egg whites

½ Cup chopped nuts

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Melt chocolate chips and set aside to cool.

2. Beat egg whites until peaks form.

3. Gradually beat sugar into beaten egg whites. Beat until stiff peaks form.

4. Fold in the nuts, vanilla and melted, cooled chocolate.

5. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cooking sheet.

6. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
