Family hot chocolate mix

This old recipe makes a great hostess gift when packaged in pint jars and decorated with seasonal trimmings.

24 oz. instant nonfat dry milk
16 oz. dry hot chocolate powder
1 ½ cups non-dairy powdered creamer
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ tsp. salt

In large container, combine all ingredients. 
Store tightly covered. 
To serve: In large mug, add ¼ cup mix to 1 cup boiling water.
                                                        
*Makes about 50 servings

Variations:
• Minty Hot Chocolate – Top each mug of hot chocolate with Real Whipped Cream Reddi Whip; shave Andes Crème de Menthe Thins with a vegetable peeler over whipped cream.
• Turtle Hot Chocolate – Top each mug of hot chocolate with Real Whipped Cream Reddi Whip; drizzle with chocolate and caramel ice cream topping and chopped pecans.
• Cinnamon Hot Chocolate – Top each mug of hot chocolate with Real Whipped Cream Reddi Whip; sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
• Mocha Hot Chocolate – Top each mug of hot chocolate with Real Whipped Cream Reddi Whip; sprinkle with instant espresso powder.
