Winter Cycling Congress held in U.S. for first time

The eyes of the winter biking world are on the Twin Cities as the Winter Cycling Congress convenes in the United States for the first time ever.

- The eyes of the winter biking world are on the Twin Cities this week. The Winter Cycling Congress is being held in Minneapolis and St. Paul through Feb. 4 – the first time it has ever been held in the United States.

The goal is simple and international: get more people of all ages and abilities out biking more in the winter.
