Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen coming to Orpheum Theatre in 2018, 2019

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The two most recent Tony Award-winning musicals "Hamilton" and "Dear Evan Hansen" are coming to the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Minneapolis during the Hennepin Theatre Trust's upcoming 2018-2019 season.
Hennepin Theatre Trust unveiled their full lineup for the upcoming season on Monday. The lineup represents a total of 33 Tony Awards.
Hamilton kicks off the season with a six-week engagement from Aug. 29-Oct. 7, 2018. Lin-Manuel Miranda's smash hit took home 11 Tony Awards in 2016, including Best Musical.
Six-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical Dear Evan Hansen will premiere for two weeks from May 28-June 9, 2019.
Winner of the 2017 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival, Hello, Dolly!, comes to Minneapolis April 16-28, 2019.
