MPD: Man's death 'suspicious,' found slumped over in vehicle

Minneapolis police are investigating what they call the "suspicious" death of a man found slumped over in a vehicle on the city's north side.

Around 2:10 p.m. on Monday, officers from the Minneapolis Police Department's 4th Precinct responded to a report of a male slumped over in a vehicle on the 2300 block of Russell Avenue North. Upon arrival, police determined the man was dead and police are treating it as "suspicious."

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office has not yet released the man's identity or official cause of death.
