Man's body pulled from St. Croix River in Washington Co.

The Washington County sheriff's office confirmed an adult man's body was pulled from the St. Croix River in Scandia on Monday evening. Officials did not say how long it appeared the body had been in the river.

Just after 6 p.m., the body was recovered just north of the Log House Landing. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office will release the man's identity. The cause of death is currently under investigation.
