Coldwell Banker Burnett listed the 3,441-square-foot home at 593 Summit Avenue at $665,000. It was built in 1889, and "The Great Gatsby" author lived there in 1914 and again in 1915. However, his most famous residence is 599 Summit Avenue, which has been dubbed a National Historical Landmark.
