Severe storms cleared the metro around 6 p.m. and tracked into central Wisconsin, with severe storm warnings expiring around 7 p.m. for Dunn, St. Croix and Pierce counties.

Twin Cities forecast
Scattered afternoon and evening storms are likely across a good chunk of eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin Sunday. A cold front will interact with the added warmth and moisture building over the weekend and spark storms along and east of the I-35 corridor.
While these will be scattered in nature, there are enough ingredients in the atmosphere that a couple of the storms that do develop may be capable of large hail and damaging winds. Here is a look at the severe weather potential for Sunday and Sunday night.
