6 spots for Easter brunch in the Twin Cities

Easter is almost upon us and if you don't want to be left eating the grass out of your Easter basket, you better get on the brunch reservations. Here's are some great picks with space still available.

Firelake Grillhouse at MOA

Modern Midwestern food with a cool ambiance in the Radisson Blu. Grilled asparagus benedict and the whole hog omelet with bacon, sausage, and back bacon are the winners here. And of course you can get your picture with the Easter Bunny and load your face with Peeps.

Fogo de Chao BBrazilianSteakhouse

Go for an all-you-can-eat feast that plays out with a huge salad bar and 16 types of meat that float to your table. It's $49.50 (less for just salad bar and kids under 12).

Oceanaire Seafood Room

They don't usually do brunch, but they throw a nice brunchy party for Easter and Mother's Day. Look for shrimp and grits, smoked trout potato hash, and a lobster "thermidor" wrap.

Parma 8200

A great D'Amico spot in Bloomington, hidden in an office park. If it's warm, the patio is outstanding. They're running an Italian family style brunch for $26.95 for adults, $7.95 for 10 and unders. Plus there's an Easter Bunny, egg hunt and games for the kiddoes, high quality drinks and cured meats for the parents.

Vincent A Restaurant

Elegant French food in a comfortable atmosphere. They're offering a four course seasonal brunch for $35/person!! Choices include asparagus soup with burrata, roasted leg of lamb, and lemon ricotta cheesecake. There is a $12 kids menu as well.

Lake Elmo Inn

They still have spots at this brunching icon of the Eastern metro. The price is $26.95/person and includes an array of dishes like smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, bone-in ham, leg of lamb, omelet station, French toast and more. These people KNOW how to run a brunch.
